In addition to world-class baked goods, Sugar & Sage Bakery hosts a robust coffee program designed by and sourced through Dallas’ own award-winning micro-roaster, Noble Coyote Coffee. Owners, Kevin and Marta Sprague take pride in intentionally sourcing beans from suppliers who are honest and take care of their farmers. Through arduous research, Noble Coyote purchases coffee from importers who not only compensate farmers fairly, but invest in those farmers in order to improve their lives.
