Sugar & Sage Bakery on Lovers Lane is debuting a new savory pastry called the Cristo Amann, described as “a highly limited, first-of-its-kind creation fusing a caramelized Kouign Amann with a classic Monte Cristo.” The pastry is filled with ham and Gruyère, griddled to order, and served with a berry dipping preserve; quantities will be limited daily. Other new lunch options include an Everything Chicken Salad Croissant, Ham & Cheddar Croissant, Chicken Caesar Wrap, Artisanal Caprese, and Prosciutto & Gruyère Panini.
